WRAP ADVERT REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT

THIS CAR WRAP AD AGREEMENT ( the "Agreement") is made as of the day of June _  2019, by 

and between MOUNTAIN DEW ENEGERY DRINK and ________________ with its principal location in

 " USA,CANADA, EUROPE OR ASIA " ( _____________________________________________ ).

TERM AND CONDITIONS

Appointment as Exclusive Agent. The company appoints the agent as its exclusive representative on a 

designated basis to Advertise for the Company by means of a Car Wrap for MOUNTAIN DEW ENERGY 

DRINK.

Weekly salary of $400 will be paid for the duration of the car wrap ad. You will receive a check payment in 

your chosen banking details as upfront payment. As soon as you get the check payment in your bank, cash 

it for the decal wrapping on your car and deduct $400 as your upfront payment. The rest of the funds from 

that same payment 

should be transferred to the Graphic Artist that will wrap the decal on your vehicle. All 

you need is to confirm the acceptance and understanding of this Agreement.

You will make a transfer of the remaining funds to the Graphic Artist via wire transfer at
